Consultation & Estimate
It starts with a visit to your property. We walk the yard with you, take measurements, and listen to what you want.

Design & Planning
Once you decide on the style and material, our office puts everything together. We draw the layout, confirm gate
sizes, and make sure it meets all city and HOA rules.
We review the details with you before ordering materials so everything looks right on paper before anything is built.
Permitting & Approvals
Our permitting staff handles every bit of the paperwork. We submit everything to the city and your HOA if required.
We follow up with the reviewers, handle corrections, and keep you in the loop while it’s in progress.

department looks for. That experience saves you time and frustration.
Scheduling & Production
Once your permit is approved, we schedule your installation. Our team in the shop fabricates custom aluminum
projects, and our yard team prepares PVC, wood, or chain link materials for loading.
The office confirms your dates, checks your layout one last time, and makes sure everything is ready for the crew
before installation starts.
Installation
Our installers arrive with everything they need and stay focused until the job is complete. They set posts deep and
straight, make sure the lines are tight, and level every panel and gate.
We take pride in leaving each property clean and in checking our work before we leave. The finished product should
look like it belongs there — solid, even, and professional.

When
Inspection & Final Walkthrough
When your fence is complete, our office sets up the inspection with the city. If the inspector needs anything, we
handle it. You do not have to be home for that part if you do not want to be.
After the fence passes inspection, our team double-checks the gate swings, latches, and finishing details. If anything
needs a small adjustment, we take care of it right away so your fence looks and functions exactly as it should.
Warranty & Support
Every Power Fence installation comes with a
workmanship warranty. If you ever need help or notice
something down the road, our office is here for you. You
